Our antitrust practice advises clients on the full range of contentious competition law issues, including competition litigation, the judicial review of agency decisions and cartel defence work. Within our London team, we have individuals with experience of pursuing and defending competition law follow-on damages actions in the High Court and conducting litigation before the specialist Competition Appeal Tribunal.
