Siobhan defends businesses in employment and labor litigation, conducts highly sensitive investigations and provides legal counsel and advice on all aspects of the employment relationship. She conducts risk assessment reviews and compliance training for her clients, and acts as an outside investigator and advisor to clients for internal claims of workplace misconduct, harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
Siobhan’s litigation experience includes first and second chair trial experience and defense of employers in a variety of employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, breach of contract, defamation, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, benefits and wage and hour cases. Siobhan litigates claims in state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout the Northeast and New England regions, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.
