    Julie practices insurance regulatory and general corporate law. She advises clients in all sectors of the insurance and financial services industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law governance and insurance regulatory compliance.

    Before Edwards Wildman

    While in law school, Julie worked as a law clerk at the State of Connecticut Attorney General’s Office in the Health and Education Department. She was also a legal intern at the University of Connecticut School of Law Asylum and Human Rights Clinic and won asylum for her client, a woman from Bosnia who was a victim of domestic violence because of her religious affiliation.

    Prior to attending law school, Julie worked as a paralegal in a New York City law firm. In addition, she was a teaching fellow in the New York City Teaching Fellows Program, where she taught in the Bronx, NY.
